We partnered with Spadel to define a genuine purpose that unites their teams and guides strategy. Through co-creative workshops, focus groups, mirror‑sessions, surveys, and a custom visual identity, we uncovered themes of People, Planet, and Product.

That led to a powerful compass: “We connect people and nature, for a healthier life, today and tomorrow.” With internal tools like a manifesto, deck, and video, the purpose now inspires actions and decisions throughout the organization.
